Place of employment: Dr. Yoshio Matsuki holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, USA. He has worked at the International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna, Austria, as the Risk Management Specialist for six years. He worked on the projects on health and environmental assessments of nuclear and other energy systems. His experience includes mathematical modelling, environmental monitoring, energy system analysis, nuclear plant monitoring, and environmental impacts assessment. He also has worked for the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine for three and a half years as the Coordinator of small size support project for the affected people of Chernobyl accident.
