Participation rules in Summer School-2010 are a bit changed. Courses, in accordance with the subject, are divided into 4 areas – streams that are conducted simultaneously. You may register only for one stream. The information about each stream you can find in the section Courses.

Please, pay attention to that fact that number of participants in every stream is limited. That is why the participants’ registration is held on the basis of competitive selection. Selection criteria:

• Recommendation letter from an academic advisor (professor, manager);
• Candidate’s motivation, described in the application form;
• Correspondence of education and scientific activities to the subject area of Summer School and stream chosen by a candidate;
• Achievements in studies and scientific activities, participation in conferences, workshops, summers schools, etc.

In your application form you may also indicate an alternative stream that you would like to attend in case your stream is already filled in.

With all the questions about the participation in the Summer School you can contact the Organizing Committee.

For the registration you need to:

• fill in the application form on this site;
• have the automatic e-mail notification that your application is received;
• receive an e-mail confirmation from Organizing Committee on your successful registration;
• pay registration fee and inform Organizing Committee about it;
• get registered in the office of Organizing Committee in August 3, 2010.

Please, pay attention that a registration fee depends on the period you apply for participation and on actual date of payment.

Thus, for participation on the basis of early registration fee you should fill in the application form no later than the June 1 and pay the fee no later than the June 14.

For participation on the basis of late registration fee you should fill in the application form no later than August 1 and pay the fee no later than August 3.

Organizing Committee will review your completed application form. You will receive a letter of notification that your application is accepted (rejected) within the month from the date of submitting the application form, but no later than June 2.

Having received the confirmation of participation, you should pay the registration fee (early or late, depending on the period of registration and payment). More information on ways of payment, you may find on this site.

Be sure to notify Organizing Committee via e-main if you pay the registration fee by bank transfer.

Registration and housing of participants are going to take place on August 3, 2010.

To maximize your awareness we advise you to visit our site periodically, so you will always keep track of the latest information updates about the courses. If the course which you have chosen is canceled, we advise you to choose another one, or to inform us about your non-participation.

Registration fee

Registration fee includes:

• Educational program;
• Cultural program;
• Project materials;
• Summer School souvenirs.

Additional fees

Apart from the registration fee you can pay addition (optional) fees – meals and accommodation. On this site you can find the options that the Organizing Committee of the Summer School offers you.

If you are having some financial problems and you cannot pay the full fee but you would like to attend our courses, contract the Organizing Committee via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Having explained the reasons you may request for reduced fee. On the decision of the Organizing Committee you can be granted the reduced fee on the basis of discount (see Discount system) or individually.

By cash

Fees may be paid in cash in the office of the Organizing Committee upon the receiving confirmation letter of your participation in the Summer School no later than August 3 for all participants.

Bank transfer

Fees can be paid by bank transfer. Please, pay attention that prepaid should be only the registration fee.

Bank payment must be made no later than July 25.

In case of need, bank payment can be made by August 1 by prior agreement with the Organizing Committee.
