Accommodation

Summer School's options

AACIMP Summer School arranges accommodation for participants on the premises of NTUU “KPI” campus. In order to book your accommodation you should notify Organizing Committee no later than July, 20.

NTUU “KPI” students who wish to stay in their dormitories for the period of the AACIMP Summer school (August, 3-19 ) should send an e-mail notification to the Organizing Committee before July, 10.

In 2015 the following accommodation option is available:

NTUU "KPI" dormitory

It is located within the campus and 5 minutes' walking distance from the place of study. NTUU “KPI” dormitory offers shared shower and WC (one for two rooms), bed-linen, small towels, but there is no kitchen and cleaning service.

110 EUR per person for 16 nights from August, 3 until August, 19 in a triple/quadruple room

Accommodation fee for the period of two weeks in NTUU KPI dormitory for participants from NTUU “KPI” partner Universities is 62 EUR per person for 16 nights. Please check the list of partner Universities.

Arrange your accommodation

Participants may arrange their own accommodation. In that case please consider following links:

There is a special place in application form where accommodation option should be chosen.

Meals

The Summer School provides participants with following catering options during the project:

only lunch
40 EUR
3 meals per day
100 EUR

*Please note that Meals fee has been corrected according to the change of the restaurant to "Yangel".
Meals will be served in the restaurant "Yangel". It takes 10 minutes on foot to get there from the dormitory and 7 minutes from the building where the classes take place. The cuisine comprises a wide variety of food, including mainly Ukrainian and Russian dishes. Ukrainian cuisine is more meat based, but vegetarian and halal food can also be served.

How to pay

Cash payment of accommodation and/or meals should be made in person at the Summer School office upon registration.

*The KPI students who decide to stay in their dormitories will get the referral of settlement at the registration desk. They will pass through the procedure of settlement in the KPI campus as usual.
