How to apply

A successful path of AACIMP Summer School participant includes following steps. You need to:

  1. first, fill in and submit the online application form;
  2. receive an automatic e-mail notification of your application being submitted;
  3. wait for an e-mail confirmation of your acceptance from Organizing Committee within 4 week period;
  4. then pay registration fee in preferable way and inform the Organizing Committee about that within specified period;
  5. get registered in the office of Organizing Committee on the 3d of August, 2015, all necessary details will be sent to you in advance;
  6. and finally, attend AACIMP Summer School in August
Early registration
Until 15th of May, 2015
Late registration
Until 15th of June, 2015

Before you fill in the application form, please:

  • read attentively the information on the AACIMP Summer School courses and choose the stream you would like to attend (note that the program content shall be updated in due course);
  • prepare a recommendation letter from your academic advisor/teacher/manager, recommendation letter is optional, but desirable;
  • pay attention to the rules of participationin the AACIMP Summer School;
  • pay special attention to the information concerning accommodation and meals on the housing page.
