A review of major contemporary Neuroscience directions and areas, where mathematical modeling is used, will be made. Not only the brain structure, but also the neuron and sub neuron levels will be thoroughly discussed. This course will show the possibilities of application and the role of Mathematics in Neuroscience. Practical studies will be aimed at the student’s acquaintance with the basic software for neuron modeling.
