The issue of environmental security in today’s globalized world comes to the forefront, ahead of the most pressing economic and geopolitical problems. The use of natural resources by human is growing at such a pace that, according to experts, the main source of them will be completely exhausted in 40-50 years. Besides, the ineffective policy aimed at reducing the pollution of the environment results in rapid deterioration of its condition, irreversible changes in nature and the overall deterioration of health. Human activities, connected with providing energy, oil and gas activity stations, technological disasters (Chernobyl accident) have significant negative impact on the ecological state of the planet. All this determines the urgency of researches related to the development and implementation of sustainable technologies in all areas of human activity, including manufacturing, natural resources, energetics.
The attendees will become familiar with the new developments of the scientists in the world of energy saving technologies, effective environmental management and sustainable production technologies.
