Place of employment: He is currently a Professor in the Microelectronics Department, Faculty of Electronics, National Technical University of Ukraine, Kiev, where he teaching physics of dielectrics and solid-state physics. He gave lectures in the U.S.A., Portugal, Germany, Japan and South Korea. He has authored or co-authored of twelve books and over 200 papers.
Spheres of science researches: controlled microwave devices, microwave dielectric spectroscopy, physics of pyroelectricity, and piezoelectricity.
