The on-line application form should be submitted before 21 July, 2009.
Your application form will be considered during 2 weeks since it is submitted. On accept of your application, you will be informed with the letter of confirmation from Organizing Committee via e-mail. The confirmation of stream availability will also be sent by e-mail.
Having received the confirmation, you are to pay a fee by 25 July, 2009. You may also contact the Organizing Committee with the inquiry to pay a fee on your arrival in cash.
The registration and housing of participants will be on 5 August, 2009.
Before you fill in the application form:
- Firstly, please prepare a recommendation letter from your professor/academic advisor/teacher. After, attach the recommendation letter to your application form.
Recommendation letter is optional but desirable. - Secondly, pay special attention to the information concerning accommodation and meals in the Summer School for stating the most suitable options in the application form.
- Finally, read attentively the information on the Summer School courses and choose those you would like to attend.
We strongly recommend you to check our website for up-to-date information on streams availability. In case the stream you chose is not available we will suggest you to choose another one or confirm your non-participation by e-mail.
