“Students' Science Association of NTUU KPI (or SSA KPI for short) – what kind of an organization is it and for whom does it act?” – these questions usually bother those who are not familiar with the activities of the SSA KPI and its team.
SSA is an organization that gives every student (and every PhD student as well) of KPI an opportunity to extend his knowledge and develop his skills. However, after facing the name of SSA for the first time, one may assume, that it is only for know-alls, or that only scientific activities take place there, or it is for those aimed at development of their scientific career, etc. However, after visiting the homepage, one understands that SSA involves not only scientific projects and conferences, but also music festivals, meetings with outstanding persons, contacts with students from various universities of Ukraine and the whole Europe. SSA is the best choice for the young pro-active personalities, trying to find their own way or attempting to apply and to develop their skills.
SSA stands for quality, youth, innovations, creativity and intelligence! The aim of the Students’ Scientific Association is to educate intelligent elite of the new generation and top managers, to promote the basic methodologies for solving manufacture-related problems, implementation of new ideas and search of the most optimal solutions.
Within the several recent years, SSA KPI has successfully organized numerous interesting projects, namely: scientific conferences, S.A.Lebedev-V.M.Glushkov students’ programming contest "KPI-OPEN", music festival "Music Fest in KPI", Academic Mobility Forum and, finally, the Summer School. It was SSA KPI that established the tradition of Summer Schools arranged by the students in Ukraine.
SSA of the NTUU "KPI" is a team of people working for the sake of their University and pro Patria*.
