For KPI students
The Summer School provides a possibility for KPI students to stay in a dormitory of NTUU KPI during the summer period on the usual conditions of students’ housing during the academic year. To use this option you must submit the application form and receive its confirmation no latter than 10 June, 2009. Remember to state in your application form that you would like to stay in the KPI dormitory in August.
If by some reason you will not be able to submit the application form before 10 June, 2009, you still may be provided with a room in a dormitory, but on equal terms with all the other participants.
For foreign participants
The Summer School arranges housing for its foreign participants.
We offer following housing possibility:
KPI dormitory at the university campus. It is easy accessible to the academic building where the Summer School is held. Rooms in the dormitory are for three people. All the rooms are with improvements.
To book a bed in the dormitory, please, indicate this option in the corresponding part of the application form. Thus the accommodation will be automatically booked on the term you specified. The confirmation of your reservation will be send by e-mail.
The price — 50 UAH for one bed per day (5 euro for one bed per day).
Participants in very basic will be accommodated in the three-bed dormitory rooms. To book a room (3 beds) or another number of rooms in the dormitory, make a request to the Organizing Committee.
How to pay
The payment is made in cash on participant’s settlement into the dormitory.
Other possibility for accommodation
If the suggested option does not suit, you may look for other variants of accommodation in Kyiv and make the reservations on your own. Here are some of the Kyiv youth hostels available on the site: www.hihostels.com.ua.
