The Summer School AACIMP is one of the most successful volunteer projects in Kyiv, organized on a non-profit basis. Thus, the registration fee is to be paid in order to provide comfortable stay for our lecturers and secure logistic support of the AACIMP Summer school educational program, venue and social program
Registration fee includes:
- access to all the lectures and practice sessions of a chosen stream
- coffee breaks
- course materials
- access to the lounge zone
- access to Wi-Fi
- participation in social program of AACIMP Summer School
Note that the registration fee does not covermeals and accommodation expences. Please, refer to Housing page (will be available soon) in order to choose a relevant option.
Please, note that your admission to the course will only be ensured once you have paid the registration fee in full. The registration fee is non-refundable.
*In case you were accepted as a participant of AACIMP Summer School, but will not be able to attend the event, please notify the Organizing Committee beforehand.
How to pay
Payment is due within fourteen days upon receipt of a written notification of your acceptance to the AACIMP Summer School. The registration fee can be paid either before the start of the AACIMP Summer school by bank transfer or with permission from Organizing Committee upon arrival on July, 31 in cash. The accommodation and meals fees can only be paid in cash at our office during the registration.
Bank transfer
More detailed information on how to perform bank transfer will be sent individually after the student admission via e-mail. Please, send a copy or scan of the bank transfer receipt within 3 days period after payment has been made. Also please, note that all payments must be made without charges to the payee.
Be sure to notify Organizing Committee via e-mail if you pay the registration fee by bank transfer. Don't pay until you have received the confirmation from Organizing Committee.
In cash
All types of fees (accommodation, registration and meals) may be paid in cash at the office of the Organizing Committee.
If you would liketo pay with cash, you have to clarify the matter with Organizing Committee . In other case your application will be considered as canceled.
Discounts & scholarships
Summer School Discounts
AACIMP Summer School provides funding opportunity in form of limited number of discounts for participation fee. Every applicant disregarding of nationality and affiliation is welcome to apply for a participation discount
Discounts can cover only certain part of the registration fee. They cover neither transportation nor accommodation and meals expenses.
Discounts recipients will be selected on the basis of the motivation letter, academic merit, personal achievements and financial need.. Recipients will be notified individually upon the decision.

Scholarships from our partners
DAAD scholarships for German students
AACIMP Summer School 2015 is supported by DAAD Go East foundation. There is a limited number of scholarships available for German students. Students from Germany can apply for a scholarship to the summer school program «GoEast» in the DAAD. The scholarship consists of the total amount that covers the cost of stay, travel expenses and the cost of the course.

The two-track application process provides that interested parties are to apply simultaneously to the Summer School for admission and to the DAAD for a scholarship. The local organizers also determine the admission requirements.
To apply for a DAAD scholarship you have to:
- fill in the Summer School application form and choose the option *I want to apply for DAAD scholarship for German students.
- apply for this scholarship at the DAAD webpage separately by submitting all required documents.
The scholarship applicants will be informed about the results by DAAD and the Summer School.

DAAD-Stipendien für deutsche Studierende
Deutsche Studierende können sich im Rahmen des Go East- Sommerschulprogramms beim Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienst (DAAD) um ein Stipendium bewerben. Das Stipendium setzt sich zusammen aus Lebenshaltungskosten, Reisekostenzuschuss und Kursgebühren. Weitere Informationen dazu finden Sie unter: goeast.daad.de.
Das zweigleisige Bewerbungsverfahren sieht vor, dass Interessenten sich bei der Sommerschule um eine Zulassung und beim DAAD um ein Stipendium bewerben. Die Organisatoren vor Ort legen auch die Zulassungsvoraussetzungen fest.
Personal grant of Prof. Oleksandr Romanko
AACIMP Summer School lecturer, Prof. Oleksandr Romanko has expanded his support to the project and is willing to promote young scientists that share his roots and come from Sumy region, Ukraine or are aquiring higher education in university located in Sumy or Sumy region. Alongside his numerous volunteering projects, Prof. Romanko has kindly offered a funding opportunity by providing 2 personal grants for participation in the 10th Summer School AACIMP.

Eligibility
To apply for a personal grant of Prof. Oleksandr Romanko you should be a Bachelor’s or Master’s student:
- currently studying at any university in Sumy or Sumy region;
- from Sumy or Sumy region currently studying at any Ukrainian university.
This grant is not payable in cash and covers only the registration fee. It does not cover transportation, accommodation or meals expenses.
Candidates, who meet elegibility criteria should fill in the application form,and pick option “I want to apply for personal grant of Prof. Oleksandr Romanko” in order to be considered as the grant applicant. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by Prof. Oleksandr Romanko before the final decision is made.
Fields Institute grants for participation in the AACIMP Summer School 2015
The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences, Canada, is providing a financial support for two perspective AACIMP participants. The funding is to be used exclusively to cover expenses of students from Fields partner universities attending the summer school, as the result of an open call for application. The list of the Fields partners universities is accessible here.
The Fields institute grant covers:
- travel expences
- meals
- accommodation
The Fields institute grant does not cover:
- participation fee*
*AACIMP Summer School and The Fields university agreed on reducing the participation fee for students receiving this specific grants to 200 CAD (appr. 150 euro).
In order to apply, please submit your AACIMP Summer school application while stating two reference contacts.
Selected applicants, the Fields institute grant nominees, need to be approved by the Fields Institute Directorate in consultation with the AACIMP summer school organizers.
Reimbursements would be made by the Fields Institute directly to selected students after their return from the Summer School.

Azerbaijan Youth Foundation, students from Azerbaijan can apply for category "D" grants: "Participation grants for the international events", website. There is no application deadline, but potential recipients should apply at least 30 days prior the event.
